Welcome to the Arcane! By using this website, purchasing any services or products, or working with me in any capacity, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Services Offered

I provide spiritual coaching, manifestation support, tarot readings, and other magickal services. These offerings are for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only. They are not intended to substitute professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. While I am confident in my work's ability to transform lives, for legal purposes I must state I cannot guarantee any outcome. As outcomes in one's personal lives depends on them and their decisions.

2. Client Responsibility

By using my services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  • You are over 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.

  • You understand that results from my services may vary based on individual effort or other factors. For tarot readings, the future is subject to change. Furthermore, for manifestation/mindset coaching it is your responsibility to apply the work. You agree results are not guaranteed.

3. Payments

All services and digital products must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because my services are energetic, time-based, or custom-created, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work has begun or a reading/coaching session has been delivered. Only spellwork can be refunded within 24 hours, please email me at arcaneaxxxel@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to accommodate you by replacing your type of spell, or cancelling it altogether.

5. Intellectual Property

All services provided by me are owned by me. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any part of it without express written permission. This is my private work that I have curated, these courses are to help private, paying clients only. Furthermore, while this website is entirely designed by me I do not own any artwork or pictures utilized. Pictures were taken off of Pinterest, I do not claim to have created the pieces.

6. Behavior & Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, especially in cases of:

  • Disrespectful or abusive behavior

  • Harassment or boundary crossing

  • Misuse of my work or breach of any of these Terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will I be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss or damage whether mentally or physically resulting from the use (or misuse) of my services or content. You agree to use all information and services at your own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If I do, the new version will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. By continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
