Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Arcane Axel, each service is approached with intention, discretion, and individualized attention. By purchasing any spiritual service, ritual, divination reading, consultation, or mentorship, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. All Spiritual Service Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized, intangible, and time-sensitive nature of spiritual services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the service has begun or been delivered.

This policy applies to:

  • Ritual work and spellcasting services

  • Tarot readings and divination

  • Private consultations

  • Identity and manifestation mentorship

  • Personalized spiritual guidance

  • Custom spiritual packages and programs

Once preparation, planning, consultation, ritual work, or other service-related activities have commenced, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with an anticipated outcome, or changes in personal circumstances.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Arcane Axel does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or external events resulting from any spiritual service.

Spiritual practices are inherently subjective, and experiences, interpretations, and perceived results vary from individual to individual.

The purchase of a ritual, reading, consultation, or mentorship does not constitute a promise that a particular relationship, financial opportunity, career advancement, appearance-related change, or other desired outcome will occur.

Any timelines, predictions, or interpretations provided are offered as spiritual perspectives rather than guaranteed future events.

3. Tarot Readings & Divination

Tarot and other divination services are interpretive and reflective in nature.

Readings represent the practitioner's interpretation of symbolic information at the time of the session. They are not guarantees of future events or the actions, emotions, or decisions of third parties.

Disagreement with a reading, an unexpected interpretation, or an outcome differing from a prediction does not independently establish grounds for a refund after the reading has been provided.

4. Mentorship & Consultations

Private mentorship and consultation services require individualized preparation, scheduling, expertise, and reserved availability.

Once a consultation has taken place or mentorship services have commenced, fees are non-refundable for services already provided.

Participation in mentorship does not guarantee specific personal, romantic, professional, financial, or other life outcomes. Results depend on numerous factors beyond the practitioner's control.

5. Cancellations & Services Not Yet Started

If you wish to cancel a service that has not yet begun, please contact Arcane Axel as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests received before any preparation or service delivery has commenced will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the terms disclosed at purchase.

If Arcane Axel is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate refund or alternative resolution will be offered.

6. Client Responsibility

By purchasing a service, clients acknowledge that:

  • Spiritual outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

  • Individual experiences and interpretations may differ.

  • Third-party choices and external circumstances are outside the practitioner's control.

  • Spiritual services are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • Any decisions made following a reading, ritual, or mentorship session remain the client's responsibility.

7. Service Concerns & Order Issues

Arcane Axel is committed to providing purchased services with care and professionalism.

If you believe a service was not delivered as described, an order was processed incorrectly, or you were charged in error, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Arcane Axel, and while each issue is thoroughly investigated, it is not guaranteed. Refunds due to failure to deliver a service would be issued, evidence the service has been completed lies in pictures taken, sent to client, texts sent to client talking about the service completion.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
